How to participate:
1. Get a team together!
2. Get your PPE kit!
3. Make your video!

Considerations:
- Teams should be limited to 4 persons
- Create a fun team name
2. Get your PPE kit!
- Video PPE Kits for participating teams can be picked up at the security office 24 hours a day/7 days a week.
- You can only use PPE from a Video PPE Kit Supplied by Security when making the video (to conserve PPE for our healthcare team you must use the kit provided; DO NOT USE PPE from unit/department stock)

3. Make your video!
- Your video must demonstrate the CDC guidance sequence for donning and doffing (See below).
- Videos must be HIPAA compliant, and cannot be taped in a patient care area. There is a “video staging area” for anyone interested. Email Emily Spinner ([email protected]) for more information.
- Videos must be less than 3 minutes in length
4. Submit your video!
- Email your video, along with your team name, and the names of your team members to Leah Lapointe at [email protected].
- Deadline for submissions is August 21 at 9am.
5. Don't Forget To Vote!
- Voting will take on this site between August 22 and August 31
- Winning team will win a prize!
- Encourage your co-workers to vote!
Considerations:
- This is not just a nursing competition, ANY GROUP from ANYWHERE in Ellis Medicine can participate in the challenge.
- The goal of the video is to be fun and help people remember the correct way to put on and take of PPE (gowns, gloves, masks, etc)
- Voting will be held from August 22 to August 31, with the top group winning a small prize and bragging rights!
- Be creative and out of the box on your ideas!
