Evidence-Based Practice Model For Ellis Medicine

Introduction to EBP
Practice Question
Searching for the Evidence
translation into practice

What is an evidence-based practice model?
A practice model is a visual representation of the key components of the process of moving evidence into action.

Ellis Medicine has adopted the John Hopkins Nursing Evidence-based Practice Model as a problem solving approach to improve the quality of nursing care and patient outcomes at our institution. The JHNEBP model combines research evidence with patient values and preferences to inform clinical decision making.
