Substance Abuse Task force Survey

7/21/2017

The library is assisting the Substance Abuse Taskforce in distributing a needs assessment survey. The purpose of the Substance Abuse Needs Assessment Survey is to broaden our understanding of the needs of service providers and front line staff who care for substance abuse patients. Working with substance abuse patients can be stressful, frustrating at times, and can cause service providers and staff to become disillusioned. We would like to explore the educational and emotional needs of service providers and staff in order to equip you with practical information to better serve substance abuse patients and their families. All responses will be collected confidentially, and no identifying information will be attached to them.
Please take a few moments to take the brief, five-question survey. You can find it here.

Feel free to poke around-- your comments are welcome!
